About Us

TDP Development Ltd is a well-established human resources research and development consultancy based in West Yorkshire; ideally positioned for working across the UK. TDP was founded in 1989 and has continued to rapidly expand and evolve over the last seventeen years. TDP Development is now under the directorship of Andrew Bell and Rebecca Grattan.

The TDP team functions as a multi-skilled, competent and experienced group drawn from the world of psychology, management development, resources and education. TDP works with a wide range of clients helping them to formulate effective approaches to the development of a competent workforce.
