TDP works with organisations to:

  • Empower people to take control of their work and establish a sense of influence and purpose in what they do - providing opportunities for people to work, individually and collectively, using their own initiative and drive.
  • Actively work with feelings, emotions and aspirations as well as processes, systems and tasks - developing an environment in which people are able to enjoy their work and celebrate their success.
  • Recognise that some failures are an inevitable consequence of taking risks and are essential for learning and development.
