Development Centres

Development centres are an effective way to help key individuals recognise and begin to address their personal and professional development needs. Typically a TDP designed development centre will focus on issues relating to self and personal behaviour; the expectation of the job role and the particular skills required currently and in the future.

Development Centres may focus on:

  • Leadership Development
  • Organisational Change Management
  • Advanced Communication & Influencing
  • Skills Development

Participants experience a range of exercises and are given individual feedback on their current and potential performance. In addition psychometrics and one to one development interviews are included.

We provide trained facilitators to support the Centre or alternatively can train key individuals from within the organisation to support participant's development in the workplace.
