360º Feedback

Multi-Rater 360º feedback systems are one of the most powerful drivers of professional development currently available. TDP offer a range of '360º systems' particularly designed for senior leaders and managers, as well as systems for team leaders, supervisors and managers at all levels.

TDP also undertake the design of bespoke 360º tools for clients focusing on specific job roles or key competencies and skills.

All of these involve a pre-briefing for all participants and a workshop to feedback the results and develop action plans. All participants are given a comprehensive written report that includes charts and figures for all competencies. All data is collected and analysed by TDP in the strictest confidence.
